The Vans Warped Tour returns to the UK on the 18th of October in London's Alexandra Palace.
Vans UK Warped Tour is back and once again looks great. It brings the warped tour to the UK on a smaller scale. Although some of the bigger headline acts like Sleeping With Sirens and Pierce the Veil are missing, for the UK tour there is bands like Young Guns to replace them.
The Vans UK tour should one year be like the US tour, where it visits more than one place with loads of different musicians and bands playing. The closest thing we have in the UK is festivals like Reading and Leeds, which don't tour and are inaccessible for so many people. In the US whole families go to Warped where there's dedicated places for parents and non-musical people to go when the rest go to see their favourite bands. Warped tour in the US is more than a tour or a music festival, its a community that collates yearly for one date. Its incredible to read about and watch clips from. Its something the UK needs because dance music music taking over festival headline sets doesn't cut it for some of us.

Right now the UK Vans Warped Tour is far from its US counterpart. Partly due to the unpredictable British summer weather, the logistics of having to bring all the musicians and bands from the US to the UK, available places to set up the tour and the real want for the tour in the UK which is a shame. As for now we have a scaled down version and the 'real magic' happens all the way across the Atlantic in the American summer.
