The Amazons UK Autumn Tour

Tomorrow night we are back with the boys in The Amazons for their last live dates of 2017.

The Amazons Live In King Tuts Glasgow April 2017

We love The Amazons. That should be no surprise to anyone (if you hadn't been able to guess already from all the photos we put up from their last few gigs in this city).

If you somehow haven't heard of them (after two years of constant touring, festival sets, single releases and the release of their debut album in May), The Amazons are an indie-rock four piece from Reading who formed in 2014.

Since early last year, when they were only really beginning to reach audiences outside their home town of Reading, we were quickly hooked on their sound. Although some people aren't the biggest fans, we love them.

This band have an energy about them that musicians and gigs need. You're never going to remember the gig calmest gig you went to. You're going to remember the night people were running about the stage an getting dragged off by security. The nights you come home from with sore heads and are unintentionally shouting at everyone for days after. The nights in small venues which feel like festival sets. That's what this band are best at. Making gigs unforgettable.

Although these are the last few dates of the bands year, they will be back on tour in spring in the UK, on their debut album tour part 2 - this time only in bigger venues and others cities.

Be prepared for our constant outpouring onto social media and if you get the chance, catch this band at one date of any of their tours. It'll be worth it, we promise.
