New Music Friday June Playlist

Good timing is something that seems to be elusive to us. However, June may be the month our luck changes as we kick off the month on a Friday, so our New Music Friday directly forms the beginning of this months playlist.

Coming also this month are festival season posts and our annual (huge) post about all things XpoNorth.

Created with the beginnings of summer, end of uni and our post-festival mindset, this months playlist already features brand new tracks from our favourites in Homebound, Dancing On Tables, L-Space, Bastille, Only Sun and Spring King.

Tenement Trail 2017 - More Artists Announced

The slightest glimpse of this years line up should have any new music lover weak at the knees.

Hitting it out of the park may be a slightly American expression for us to use, but it's exactly what Tenement Trail has done with this years line up.

It's Time To Get Excited : Glastonbury

The line up for Glastonbury was announced just over a week ago and it is incredible, featuring the likes of The 1975, Muse, Jack Garratt, Jake Bugg and Hinds. Of course out of the line up I have my absolute favourites.

Below are a few of my favourite acts who you can catch live this year at Glastonbury and why they are worth seeing live.

T In The Park 2015 Line Up Announcement

In less than fifteen minuets @Tinthepark will announce this years line up, one of my favourite festivals of the summer in its new home this year at Strathallan Castle for the first time.

In the last few years the festivals saw the Killers, Mumford and Sons, Stereophonics, Two Door Cinema Club, the Lumineers, Alt-J, the 1975, Tom Odell and Imagine Dragons take to the stages.

Mumford and Sons are headling Reading and Leeds in August but who will be playing alongside the Liberteens in July at T ?

I'm hoping for Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds because the albums out in early March, the Wombats and maybe Kasabian because of their new releases and hopefully it'll include Catfish and the Bottlemen.

Review : Latitude Festival 2014

Last weekend, Henham Park, Southwold, Suffolk came alive as the Latitude Festival returned. The festival started in 2006 and is on its eight year featuring live musicians, theater performances, cabaret digital arts while showcasing upcoming artists. The line up this weekend was again incredible alike every year.

News : The end of the Adelines ...

Last year the Adelines played at T in the Park, SWN festival, the Great Escape and alot more different festivals. They're an indie quartet driven by guiatars and soft lyrics from Swansea, England and looked amazing live at T in the Park.
